Organization managers can now build out physical warehouse layouts directly in Atlas EMS, while production teams can quickly catalog and adjust equipment by snapping photos in Telegram.

Atlas EMS

• A dedicated Warehouses tab is now available on your organization dashboard.
• Toggle between your active inventory list and a visual structure editor to arrange zones, rooms, and storage topology.

ProMediaFlow

• Add equipment to your organization warehouse via Telegram by sending a photo of the item.
• Review and refine scanned gear details—including brand, model, and quantity—before saving.
• Adjust the quantity of previously logged items directly from earlier confirmation messages.
• Canceling a draft item skips only that item without interrupting your scanning session.
